error trying to install expansion packs Empty error trying to install expansion packs

Hello,

I've downloaded my games through your website which includes: *base game, WA, ambitions, LN, showtime, supernatural, seasons, university life. (those are the expansions i want to install). 

now, ive succesfully installed the base game and the world adventures ep (the game was working fine) but when im trying to install ambitions and other expansion packs, it says that i need to have a copy of the sims 3 on my computer. (like its not installed although it is)... 

i've tried to uninstall and than reinstall it again and it didnt work. ive tried to install with the fix/without the fix and apperntly nothing is working.. please help me!!!

Have you tried updating your game with the latest "manual superpatch" from here ?

Run that manual patch and see if anything improves - or if you can add any more expansions. Good luck and let me know if you need more help ! Smile

ive already installed the manual patch.. didn't work either.. any other ideas or solutions? please help me..
