framework mod not working

Hello all. Having an issue and I hope this goes here. Im trying to do the framework setup. I have had it before but my game went all cookoo a few days ago. I noticed that my game would make a new Electronic Arts folder every single time I start the game up, which is why, I assume, that my saved games keep going away any the mods no longer work. SO how do I stop my game from making these folders over and over. I have completely uninstalled several times using youruninstaller. I really dont know what the problem could be. I have been googling but to no avail! please tell me someone can help.
