The Sims 3 Launcher Problem. [CLOSED] Empty The Sims 3 Launcher Problem. [CLOSED]

Hello there,
I have download all the Sims 3 from your site.
Well,i am downloading stuff all the time from the Sims 3 community for free and i now i have some problem.My launcher crashes after 10 minutes and close the game.And it says trying to find a solution..What can i do to fix that?
And one last thing:Can i download from the store stuff even if i don't have simpoints?
