The Sims 3 University Crash

So after i installed the expansion pack and followed the guide there also was there.
The Sims 3: University Life - Installation Guide
1. Open the 'Sims3EP09Setup.exe' and follow on screen instructions.
2. When a serial code is needed, use one of the following codes:
GS5D-HUFR-RQ7Q-3A8Z-YCCR
7ES2-7YGA-0IW0-L9LR-0FLT
V66W-3UMA-JEQQ-CU55-0FLT
7DM5-LSNL-7KY4-SBW1-0FLT
3. After the installation finished, open the "# Crack" folder in this .rar file and
drag & drop (or copy) the "TSW.exe" and the "TSLHost.dll" file in there to exactly:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin (SO NOT THE EXPANSION'S INSTALLATION
FOLDER, BUT THE BASE GAME'S INSTALLATION FOLDER INSTEAD!!!)
5. Start the game and... ENJOY playing!
But the game keeps crashing right after i open it, both with or without the launcher, my game had always been slow at starting, but never crashed, anyone that can help me?

Regarding your issue, you should remember that the correct guide to install The Sims 3 can be found here:

The guide that is inside the torrent is outdated and won't work anymore. Please read the guide and follow it carefully, if you do you shouldn't encounter any problems!

Yes, what SeoY said before. Please keep in mind that the #crack inside the "Unviersity Life" expansion download is OUTDATED. In fact, all crack files inside the expansions are outdated.
Always use steps #4 in that "must-read guide" SeoY linked to, in order to get the latest crack.
