Exception 0x03540000 at address 0x7c471070 when starting the game [SOLVED]

I went back to my other topic. It is locked.. So I'm back here.







This is what happens and I am clueless, installed the EP.Seasons today, from this site.


:: I use a Mac
:: I already have bought versions of The Sims 3, Late Night, Town Life Stuff and High-End Loft Stuff
:: I installed Seasons today following the Mac guide
:: I have installed the Ultimate Fix


Am I doing something wrong?




I tried Phoebe's suggestion 

:1: Manually patching the game (very easy)
:2: Applying the Ultimate Fix again

in that order, the game is running now. Thank you

First of all, I need to remind you that please do not open a new topic when already you have one, update your problem there.

Have you patched your game with the latest patch? If not please, patch the game manually. Then apply the ultimate fix again.
