Files From Torrent Not Extracting

Hello,

I downloaded The Sims 3 Ambitions torrent. I have a Mac. 

When it was finished downloading using uTorrent, I clicked 'Show in Finder' and tried to extract the .rar file using WinZip. I get a message saying 'Fatal error: The archive has not been loaded.  Nothing to extract.' So I'm pretty lost and am not quite sure what to do. I have installed the manual update.

Any help is very much appreciated.

You need to download StuffitExpander in order to properly extract all the files!

Are you sure the torrent is entirely downloaded?

It says it is 100% completed, and I ran a check on it. I have installed 2 other expansions just fine without using a different program.

Hi there!

Even if you haven't had any problems using it for the other expansions, it's the actual recommended program for proper extraction in Mac. Why don't you try it? It's worth a shot, at least.

StuffitExpander is highly recommended program that fully properly extract all of the other EPS. Please download and use it, it fixed many other mac users problem as well.

It is not necessarily solved, unless you were able to install the EP without the problem. Therefore, we must keep this open until you tell us that everything went perfectly fine. This prevent having overflow of topics in the thread.
