"This installation package could not be opened", possible fix.

Hello again,
When trying to install our "The Sims 4"-release, are you getting an error that looks like this ?
If so, here might be a possible fix that could help you:
#1) At first it's a good idea to de-activate ANY anti-virus software completely. If you are not familiar enough with your anti-virus software, please do some research on your own, since dwelling on that would be far beyond the scope and intent of this thread.
The idea is that anti-virus software can now even corrupt "suspicious" installers. And believe me, this happens (with pirated games/software) much more often than you may think. So make sure to turn off anti-virus programs completely.
*Note* that not all anti-virus programs behave in that fashion, so if you want to give it a try, skip this step and go straight to #2 here. But if you do get issues, you need to go back to #1, de-activate the anti-virus, and then re-do step #2.
#2) Next, make an empty folder, preferably somewhere on your C: drive. Then, if you haven't got WinRAR, get it from Games4TheWorld here (look for WinRAR 4.20; and install instructions are included):

You must extract ALL the contents of the .RAR file (of "The Sims 4"), into that empty folder you just made. Again, ONLY use WinRAR for that !
3) After the (re-)extraction, close WinRAR and go to the folder with the extracted contents. Re-start the installation from there. And that should do - good luck !
P.S. after the installation, I recommend you back up the .RAR file of Sims 4 somewhere. And then, to save some space on your C: drive, you can delete the other folder with the installer of Sims 4, that you created for installing.
P.P.S After you are done with installing, you may turn the anti-virus on again.
