It says that.

And I follow the rules on this thread

Doesn't work, gives me a bunch of diagnostic messages saying that it could not create the file. I turned off my antivirus which is avast by the way and nothing is working. I am completely frustrated

As stupid as it may sound, are you sure the download finished 100% in your torrent client ? Also, have you tried re-downloading with a different torrent client ?

Oh I fixed the problem already. I already had a Documents>Electronic Arts> Sims 4 folder from the last time I downloaded Sim 4. I delete it and it worked
