Help with the Sims 4 3DM.

Hello fellow Games4theWorlders. (just made that up.) I would first off like to say that I am not at all new to downloading cracked games and torrents and I usually know if I'm doing something wrong, or I can at least figure it out. But this 3DM crack (any version, 1-6 and any update 1-2) just will not launch for me. I have followed all instructions to the letter. I have origin offline as well as a fake account and all options unchecked that are required, I have the VCRedist installed, both x64 and x86 (I'm on 64 bit win 8.1 with all updates installed.) I don't use any type of antivirus and I have the Windows Defender app completely disabled so no blocking anything on that end and I even always have UAC completely off. Right now I have the update 2 with crack v6 installed and I have both the TS4.exe and the cracked launcher running in compatibility mode for WinXP SP3 and running as admin, all the cracked files are there, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing both versions of the VSRedist and DirectX as well. Basically when I run the launcher my mouse shows the loading circle and then nothing happens. It doesn't launch the game at all. I have even gone so far as to do a completely fresh install of Windows to no avail. I have also tried running both the .EXEs in compatibility as the lowest resolution. I have tried every fix that I can think of with cracked games and every thing that I have found online. (although I could have missed some tips in a forum or something... Hence my post here. I would really love any tips or tricks that you guys could provide me with. I have a few requests though. Please don't break forum rules and post links here, if you want to give me a link then you can PM me (but please no "official" Warez sites or BS "Survey/offer-to-download sites. And please don't start some long argument where everybody replies to everything said and I have to read through all of it just to get to any worthwhile comments just because somebody doen'st like someone else's opinion. Any help is greatly appreciated and thank you very much.

Edit: Another note. I've read on forums that people who actually bought the game are having the same issue as me when trying to launch it.

Hi jhorton014,

I, unfortunately, have no experience with any of the cracked versions of The Sims 4. I did some research into it - which I generally do not like to do, given it is not a G4TW crack, and it appears that you are doing everything needed to get it up and running. You're running Origin in offline mode, running the cracked launcher in administrator mode, etc. The 3DM crack is able to work on just about every version of Windows, including XP, too.

Have you installed Visual C++ 2013 x64 and x86 version, too? I see you didn't mention what year your C++ was that you installed on your PC. If it's 2013, ignore that.

Overall, I am unfortunately not able to help you, here. I'm sure that someone else could help, but I myself bought the game because I found it much too risky to try and hurriedly install any crack I find! Too many times, people take advantage of this and give you malware or viruses.

Try the sims 4 in windowed mode if it doesn't help well, you need to rely on This Link

Thanks for the help you guys. I do have VCRedist 2013 installed. (Sorry I forgot to mention which one.) And I don't have a way to launch the game in windowed mode that I know of. I saw that thread before but nothing on it really helped. Thanks for the tips though ppl.

Hello jhorton and welcome,

You have Origin in "Offline" mode, but just to make sure: did you leave the Origin window open or closed ? You MUST leave the window of Origin open ! Also, please make sure you look again into your base game location of Sims 4: are ALL the files you pasted from the #crack still there ? If just one file is missing, it won't work, and it means your file(s) got deleted. In which case, you try re-applying the crack, all the while having ANY "security"-software completely disabled.

Also, the game is ONLY started with "The Sims 4 Launcher.exe". If nothing works, then I'm out of explanations too. WhatDidUJustCallMe?

@Sephymuffins. My bad. @ Carlos. I dont use any security/firewall software at all, all the files are there, and i only ever run it from the game launcher.

Sorry, but in that case, I'm afraid I cannot help you further (in general, we might not always be able to give support on releases from other uploaders than G4TW). Feel free to contact other sources for that.

I had the same problem. Now managed to actually get an error message - explained how in the next paragraph.

I noticed that when I watch the Windows Task Manager, TS4.exe shows up for a while and disappears. However, another process also showed up, werfault.exe (called Windows Problem). So, I went to the Action Center on Windows (from Control Panel, or just search for it), Change Action Center settings, at the bottom, Problem reporting settings, and instead of the automatic option, selected the Each time a problem occurs, ask me before checking for solutions.

This allowed me to get an error message - typical crash ("The Sims 4 has stopped working"). Any ideas what might be the problem behind this? Here are the problem details:

you need to rename ts4.par in sims4/game/bin to The.Sims.4.Launcher.par.

also there is now an update 3 and crack v.7 which came out around 25th of last month which runs the game flawlessly. I would strongly suggest getting that udate and crack.

keep origin open wen u play and also dont open using ts4 shortcut use 3dm shortcut, may have to try a few time for it to work, wen i first used it it took a min or so to start
