Save games. [SOLVED]

i need to reinstall sims 4 and i want to keep my save games, besides keeping the old save folder would i need any extra steps to move my old saves to my new install?

I just tried it, and apparently backing up just the Saves folder will do the trick. But keep in mind that if you have any Mods, or if you have anything saved in the Gallery, you may want to backup the Mods and Tray folder too. In fact, backing up the complete The Sims 4 folder can be done too. It's your decision.
