TS4 Launching error "Entry point Not Found" Empty TS4 Launching error "Entry point Not Found"

I installed the base game and the EP ...as talled from the instalation guide!!
And downloaded and applied the ultimate fix as well.. because I got the rld.dll error! And still can't get it work!! Because now I'm getting this error!!

I have already uninstall and reinstalled it twice!! please can someone tell me what's wrong!

Uninstalled and reinstalled what, Sims 4?
Have you installed vcredist? Should be in your Sims 4 folder\installer\vc2013\redist

For the future, please try avoid un-installing and re-installing games, without gathering further information. That rarely fixes problems, and if not done properly, it can damage your installation even more.
