after i finished installing it
i want to open the game but this what i get
i downloaded the ultimate fix but i dont understand the first step
if anyone can help me with it with Teamviewer add me on skype MeladKhoury2

Hi there! 
There's no need for the contact to be made through Skype. If you join the Chatbox at the Forum's main page when you see some team member online, we'll be glad to try and help you with TeamViewer from there. Just send the one that you see online a PM and wait for a little bit.
EDIT: The problem was solved by installing vcredit_x86. Topic closed.
