rld.dll error upon startup?

Hey there!
I used your sims4 download, and it downloaded just fine, but after the installation and setup I'll try to click on the icon when the error message of "the dynamic library "rld.dll" failed to initialize (E0)" 

Any fixes would be appreciated! I've got a client that I'm going to try out to help fix it, but I figured I should ask you guys.
