The Sims 4 Fix/Run Problem

Hello!
So I followed the instructions on how to successfully download The Sims 4. I extracted the files, I ran the set-up, and then I downloaded it. Then before I played, I download the Sims 4 Fix. I followed the instructions there, I was no longer blocked because I made exceptions in my anti-virus program, etc. But when it came over to replace the files in the C drive under Program Files and under Electronic Arts, I could not replace all of the file from the .rar because it said "Destination Folder Access Denied". I am the only User on my laptop, thus the Administrator so I don't understand why I am being blocked from moving my files from WinZip to the C drive. I tried playing the game without the fix, but I had already replaced some files (some of them were accepted into C drive, but the majority were not) and when the game begins in Create-A-Sim, there is literally no sim to click and create. All of the other graphics and sounds are there, but it won't connect online either, and when I tried to just start the game, it shut down. Help me! I want to play so badly!

Hello eam1204 and welcome,
Can you have a look at this guide here ?

It's written for TS3, but you should apply the same procedure at first to the "Bin" folder inside the Sims 4 install location. Then to the "Game" folder. And finally to "The Sims 4", in C:\Program files(x86)\Electronic Arts.
After that, see if it lets you copy the Ultimate fix then. Good luck !
