Just kidding mate, his age doesn't seem to hit him at all, or his hair is grey by his choice.

My Sims married him, he aged to elder now and I was like 'omg now he's getting old, ugly and he will lose all he's muscles'... but now! He stayed the same

He will just get some wrinkles, is all...
I kind of miss the way it was handled in TS3 for this...

You have a point, mate.
In TS3 was more realistic, I don't remember too much, because, when I play TS3 or TS4 I put the aging system to be long, so you can know your sim better and have a long life to see his children to grow up, get a good job and be sucessful when they're elder.
I'll post my Sim family next time! ^^

Do ALL the male elders look like that, or is it just this one ?
(I haven't gotten that far yet, in the game to see for that myself)

I saw one on the street doing push ups, but I didn't wait to see how he would walk and stuff.
I was already getting tired and put back on 'normal' lol so both of them are elders. Only the woman seems more like a granny, she has more wrinkles.
Once I sent him to heavy lifting (push limits) and shortly afterwards appeared a message saying that he no longer had the same stamina from when he was younger
