Unable to start game :'(

Hi again, sorry for coming back still with The SIMS 3 :$:
It's because I love it so bad
Well this time it's about "Unable to start game" pop up box..
What do you think could make it happen?
I got in the black screen for long and then I hit alt+f4 or another button to get in the desktop, then...
poofed the box with that sentence
SAD, can't play SIMS 3 right away
Please help

What expansions of the game do you have installed ? If you haven't done so yet, please make sure that you actually install one of the following expansions:
Into the Future, Movie Stuff, Island Paradise, University Life, 70s, 80s, & 90s Stuff, Seasons, Supernatural, Diesel Stuff, Katy Perry Sweet Treats, Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff, Generations.
Next, repeat the steps from #2 to #4 here:

Follow the steps closely, and then re-start the game. Good luck !

I had install everything..
It's completely fine till last time I played it..last week if I don't mistaken..
Well another box tells me that I have to reinstall the base game..
What should I do?
Then I saw this..
WHERE DOES ALL MY SIMS PACKS GO???

Hi there!
So, are you still getting the first error message you posted? And have you installed Mods recently?
Please try moving your Mods folder to the desktop temporarily, and then try starting the game again. Good luck!
EDIT: You should also try redoing the Steps 2-4 from this guide here:

See if that fixes the missing EPs in the Launcher.

Sorry, but me and SeoY are right, and I can only repeat myself - again: please do the steps from #2 to #4 in the guide I linked to. The fact that your game version is 0.0.0.0 shows that you did something wrong. Please wait until the manual patch is completely finished, and then go on with the other steps.

Sorry I just feel shocked when I checked those EPs xD
I was going to see about what Carlos told me about reinstalling one of the EPs.
And I saw that on the launcher xD

If you already have all EPs installed, then there is no need to re-install again. The expansion icons are not lit up because - probably - you didn't apply the manual patch correctly. So please do the stuff I said before.

Anyone could help me what to do next?
Even the Expansions, only the base game is on...I have almost every Expansions on before T.T

Hi again!
Sorry, but did you make sure to download the latest Manual Patch? The fact that it's showing the version as 1.63 leads me to believe that you used an older Manual Patch. The current version is 1.67. Please, re-download the Manual Patch and apply it again.
Then, do the same thing with the Ultimate Fix. Here is the guide again if you need it:

It said it's 1.67

I'm not sure. But I think you should (again) repeat the Steps 2-4 of the guide. Did you take the Mods folder out of the Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 folder? If you haven't, please do it.

I'm not sure either what's going on..but for now, can you try renaming the folder "The Sims 3", in My Documents/Electronic Arts ? Just change the name of the folder into something else.
Then re-apply the 1.67 manual patch, and go on with the 1.67 Ultimate fix again. See the link SeoY just posted.
If you have the "NRAAS NoCD mod", please remove it too. And if you have any .ISO images mounted in virtual drives, UNMOUNT all of these virtual drives. Good luck again !
