Sims 4 doesn't start up. It shows an error.

so i did everything the instruction says, i even tried the ultimate fix. But the game didn't start. It shows an error that required game data is missing or damaged. please try reinstalling the game. [85262c58:29f00e76:00000000]
i did reinstall but it still didn't work.
by the way, when i tried to copy the files,  it say destination folder access denied. 
please help. >.<

/ / plus, when i try to install the sims 4, it says "Error writing to file: C:\Program Files (x86)\ElectronicArts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\Ts4.exe. Verify that you have access to that directory"

how do i solve this

The first thing I thought of when I read your post here, is, are you an administrator on the PC you are on right now?

Because it sounds to me like:  1) your download became corrupt due to it either not downloading fully and successfully and 2) you're having difficulty with moving and installing the game due to write-error issues caused by a user not being an administrator.

Administrators have full access to all computer files, folders, etc.  The \Program Files (x86)\ directory is pretty fundamental, so I'd definitely look into alleviating this issue before even trying to install or download TS4!

If you need help with this, we will need to know some computer specs as well as what operating system you are running on.

i'm not sure whether im the computer administrator... How do i check whether im the computer administrator?

Windows 8

processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20GHz

system type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
