installer information error

Alright, so I checked and i don't think I've seen this problem posted yet. I'm getting an installer information error. The message says:
 "The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\StartMenu\The Sims 4. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."
The problem is I am the system administrator and I tried running the installation program as administrator and I'm not exactly sure what to do now because I run into this error every time i try to run the installation.

Except that in the part about setting Permissions, make sure that both the group "Everyone" and "SYSTEM" have full access to those folders. This could be causing the error you are getting.
