Does not start my game

Hello friends, I installed the game a few weeks ago and I could play without problems, but now the game does not start and the following problem occurs:

"The dynamic library rld.dll failen to initialize (E0)

I applied the fix but did not work, but I could not uninstall the game. What can you advise me?

You should try re-downloading the Ultimate Fix. Disabling your antivirus during the download isn't a bad idea either. 
Then, copy the folders inside to the location specified again.
