Microsoft Office 2013 toolkit problem. [SOLVED] Empty Microsoft Office 2013 toolkit problem. [SOLVED]

Hello there,

i am trying to activate my office. everything is normal at the start.

But after pressing on the office button the toolkit freezes and i am left with this frozen white application. The only thing that does load is a black box.

OS: Windows 8.1, 64-bit

Can you temporarily disable all your anti-virus programs ? And then even try re-extracting the activator from the .RAR file.

After that, right-click on the activator and choose "run as Administrator". See if this works - good luck and keep us posted ! Smile

So I tryed a couple of things and after uninstalling avast it stopped freezing.
