Sims 4 looks like this screenshot everytime I open it.
I did a search and updates that visual thing,still didn't work.

Hello KawaiiUnicornSims,
You are missing the screenshot...
Anyway, please add all your game folder at Program Files(x86)\Electronic Arts\ to your anivirus.
Then install the game again.
