The Sims 4 installation error - error reading from file?

Hi there,
I've been using games4theworld downloads for a long time and everything has always worked fine. I downloaded The Sims 4 via piratebay, extracted with winrar the file into an empty folder. When I open the setup and start the installation, in the very beginning this info pop up:

I found like one similar problem and tried the same stuff (deleting the file, re-extracting, re-downloading) to solve it but it won't work in my case. Any ideas? Thanks for the help in advance
