Yesterday downloaded the games4theworld version of Sims 4, the instructions for this installation were very simple, but then it suddenly asked for disk and part 2?? I tried it 2 times and it showed the same thing, I even downloaded WinRar from your site and extracted with it, but it still showed this message.

What did I do wrong?

Hello and welcome,


Please make an empty folder somewhere on your C: drive (it really has to be on the C: drive). Then open the .RAR download of The Sims 4 with the program WinRAR (get it here if you haven't got it yet), and extract ALL contents of the .RAR into that empty folder on C: that you just made. After the extraction, close WinRAR and go to said folder. Re-start the installation from there. Good luck ! Smile
