Error system Empty Error system

When I try to put a house on a lot, it appears a message in a red bubble with white letters, saying "Error system".
I don't know why that appears. I googled and nothing.. WhatDidUJustCallMe?
(btw its from library, and I downloaded all of them)

Does this error happen with all of the lots you downloaded, or only to some particular ones? 

Try downloading a normal house and see if you get the same error.

I dunno, I just tried the downloaded ones, because I don't use origin, but I'll try while login on my account. ^^

Hello,


I assume you downloaded those houses and tehn put in the files manually into the right location ? Are you absolutely sure you put ALL the files of the lots, into the location (My) Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray ? Remember that when you download houses/lots, you'll get a number of several files, and you need to put ALL of them into that "Tray"-folder.
