Error on loading town

Hello,

i have a question. I was playing my sims 3 game. then i saved the game. suddenly the game crashed.
I have restarted the game, now my town i was playing with does not load. it gives me this error:

Cannot load save game. It may have been saved with expansion pack data that is no longer present on this system

can this be fixed?

What town were you playing on? Maybe you can back up your saved game and reinstall the town if it's not one of the default towns like Riverview, Hidden Springs, or a user created world..
That's the only thing I can think of.. Hopefully someone that knows what this is will see it and help out..

i was trying to load twinbrooks, i think its a default one

but i don't think is the town the problem, i think it is my game itself, couse when i create a new game whit the same town, it load well
