Sims 4 Rld.lll Problem, PLEASE HELP! (Sorryifwrongforum!)

I did read warnings, If this is in the wrong forum I apologise (New member)! Please send link if I'm wrong!

I have the lovely Rld.lll problem when I try and play the game.

I turned the antivirus off throughout, I installed them two files in the _Installer file, but nothing is working!

Help?

Hello lornzie and welcome,

Simply turning off the anti-virus doesn't always help. ANd the problem will still be there when you turn it on next time. Please familiarize yourself with your anti-virus. Look here:

Also, please make sure that you add the download location for your internet browser stuff to the "exclusions" of your anti-virus program(s). Because you don't want your stuff to get deleted right after the download. Also note that you may have to re-download the Ultimate fix and re-apply it, because your current one is damaged somehow.

P.S. did you run the two vcredist-installers when installing the game ? Please go here:

And then download and install the 2 files, so the...

vcredist_x64.exe
vcredist_x86.exe

After you did that, re-try running the game.
