Sims 4 Crashing after Create a Sim Empty Sims 4 Crashing after Create a Sim

Hi! I just installed everything, and it went well, I've put in the Ultimate Fix, but every time I try to go past the Create a Sim the game crashes! Any help?

Hello!

Have you tried lowering your graphics? Also are you on PC or Laptop, if you can post us your specs by going to Computer > System Properties.

Also did you update your game to the latest Ultimate Fix version and not the newest game version?

Also could you give us more information about what happens when it crashes. Does it go to Desktop or freeze and say Sims 4 has stopped working?

Hi!

Yes, I just tried that and it didn't do anything.. I'm on PC, here are my specs, not sure which you need though:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 8
Version 6.2.9200 Build 9200
OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation
System Manufacturer Hewlett-Packard
System Model 500-039
System Type x64-based PC
Processor AMD A8-6500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 3500 Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
BIOS Version/Date AMI 80.32, 2013-03-21

I'm pretty sure Ultimate Fix, that's what I put into the folders at least.

Here's what happens when I try to continue past that point:

Sims 4 Crashing after Create a Sim Sims_411

EDIT: Also, the sims are invisible now.

Hello,


Can you add the install location of your game (C:\Program files(x86)\Electronic Arts) to the exclusions of your anti-virus program ? Also, make sure to add the DOWNLOAD LOCATION for your internet browser stuff (Chrome/Firefox) to these exclusions too. Next, re-download and re-apply the Ultimate fix, here (instructions included):

My game does the same thing. I have tried lowering the graphics but it doesn't help. My game loads to the main menu fine, and will load to create a sim but won't show the sims at all and will crash if I try to save it.
