The Sims 4 HELP

I downloaded the files for sims 4 on G4TW (here) and installed it but the game wont launch. I keep getting this:
Im getting really frustrated because I cant figure out what to do, I reallllly neeeed help. PLEASE?! ANYONE?

Also, make sure to add the DOWNLOAD LOCATION for your internet browser (Chrome/Firefox) downloads to the exclusions of the anti-virus. After that, please re-download the latest Ultimate fix, here, and re-apply it according to the instructions:
