Sims 3 has stop working

Hello,
I havent found anything related to this topic so I open a new one.
I installed sims 3 and 5 expansion packs two weeks ago. I played it and everything was normal for a few days but
then after 30 min of playing my game stops and quits and on the desktop shows a message "sims 3 has stop working".
I dont have any other custom content installed.
Please help me
I cant play like that anymore

Hi! It happens sometimes. Did it happen again (did you try plaing again after?) or was that a "one time thing"? You know, this game, as many others, has a few bugs and it may freeze once in a while...

You are welcome!
Please, try to rename the "The Sims 3" Folder inside of your Documents/Electronic Arts folder, and let us know if the game runs better (the game will create a new empty one which you can use for testing, you can delete it later and rename the original one back after you finish testing).
Also, what are the specs of your computer (Windows Version, Processor, RAM, Video Card, Free Space on your Main HDD/SSD)?
