Sims4.exe missing

I've downloaded it. Then noticed it was missing. I reinstalled it, thinking it was some kind of glitch. But the problem still persists. Please help! I followed all the instuctions, and yes i download VC x64 and x86. Nothing works. Also, when I got the Ultimate Fix, I tried moving them into the folder,"C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4". But it would give me an error, and not let me put them in. I need help!

If Sims4.exe is missing, it was most likely "cleaned" (read: removed) by your anti-virus software. In order to fix that error, carefully follow the steps that come with the Ultimate Fix, to add all the game files to your anti-virus software's exceptions list. If you don't do that correctly, files might be randomly removed by your AV.

If it didn't work again, please give the exact error (or a screenshot of the error) you get when you try to copy the files.
