Can't Connect to the Gallery Empty Can't Connect to the Gallery

When I click the connect on the sims 4, It can't connect it says The Sims Services is down for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I tried reconnecting it But it is slowed down like 1 Hour to connect it from Gallery. I am not connected to origin.
Will I need to reinstall, The Sims 4 CAS Demo?

You must actually log into an Origin account, in order to use the gallery. And after you are finished with the gallery, minimize the game, and switch your Origin client into "Go Offline". See the article I linked to. Good luck !

When exactly does this "endless" loading happen ? Right at the beginning of the game ? After you choose a family to load... ?

Oh Sorry,

I Mean, When I Am Connecting to the Gallery, It takes forever to load at the Main Menu Screen. I've been leaving it for 20 minutes (or After I eat Very Happy) Then it ain't connecting.

But even if I connect it, It says you need an Internet Connection to Connect. But I have my Internet Connection.

I hope you can fix this.

Can you minimize the Sims 4 while it is running ? And then, can you try browsing the internet ? Does browsing work basically for you or not ?
