Can't connect to GTW and Gallery

I openend Origin, went into offline modus, tried to connect in CAS demo. It worked. I closed CAS demo, started Sims 4(bought, not downloaded). Then I went to the gallery and tried to connect. It worked. Then I closed Origin through task manager.

Now I don't have anything from GTW in my game and I can't play my households..
Please help, I tried to do it as you said in the connecting to gallery topic. My English is pretty good but maybe I misunderstood something... 

It worked one time, last week, but when I wanted to play this morning GTW items were nowhere to be found so I guess I had to do it again... ;\

Did you restart the game after closing Origin via the Task Manager, and entering a Save? If you didn't and saved, then the DLC may indeed have been removed. You should always close the game, close Origin, and then open the game again.

Have you tried copying the folders from the Get to Work RAR to the location specified again? That should bring back the DLC to your game. And what exactly is the problem you are having with the households? Do you get an error of some sort?

No I didn't restart the game after I closed Origin. I will try it now.
Origin has to update everytime I start it. Really weird. 

But I will try it again. Thanks so far
