Cannot do anything about the RLD! username in gallery

Hi guys,
Before updating to Outdoor and Retreat, I was using my old Origin account for the gallery access. After I updated (and also after a few months not using origin and Sims 4), Origin asked me for a code sent to my phone in order to log in, but I already changed my phone number long time ago. I also connected to Origin online help but they were unable to solve the problem. So I decided to create a new Origin account, I can log in to origin now and have it in the background when launch Sims 4. But now, I cannot access to the gallery, and the username is shown as RLD! I cannot do anything about it, I'm sure that I'm online in Origin, I turned off my firewall and everything but nothing worked. Please help me!!

Hi there, @snowqueen93, and welcome to the Games4theworld Forum! 
Was all of this in the same computer? I mean, you say you had a few months without using Origin nor The Sims 4, and now that you retook it. So, are you using the same computer that you were using back then? And if it is, did you add any more security programs?
Did you make sure to configure the Exceptions List of your antivirus correctly, as in the instructions of the Ultimate Fix?

One more thing to add: it's better NOT to turn off the firewall completely. Instead, only allow the TS4.exe to "connect" to the internet.
Beyond that, I'm afraid everything has been said; I only had that issue once, but that was easily fixed by exiting the game, then completely closing Origin. After that, I re-opened Origin, logged in with my account, then started the game, and my Origin username showed up...
