Origin username not showing up in Gallery Empty Origin username not showing up in Gallery

Hello!
So basically I followed all the instructions in the connecting to gallery thread, and everything goes well except that my username just does not appear when I click gallery in Sims 4 and keeps showing "RLD!" even though I am in Origin's online mode and have enabled online access in Sims.
I have closed and open both the game and Origin multiple times so I really don't know where the problem is since the other people with problems at least had their usernames appear in game.

Hello and welcome to the forum,

All these connectivity issues seem to be connected to EA's 'cutting down' on pirated Sims 4 games. For now, go to the Origin store, and download the (freely available) Sims 4 CAS demo to your Origin account. Then try the thing with the gallery again. Good luck for now and do keep us posted !
