Game data incomplete?

The save game references neighborhoods that have been uninstalled or otherwise are no longer available. If you continue playing, you will encounter missing data and may have unexpected results. If you save the game, there will be no way to recover the missing data'

after seeing this, i had about a 3 minute freak out, then went to check my neighborhoods and i only had base game ones, even when i had both expansion packs installed. i didnt save the game, and just closed it from task manager. I didn't have the error last night when i loaded up to play, and i havent done anything to my game since then, like add cc or move things around. I'm really worried about my game, i dont want missing data!! thank you!!
