Can't open game important game data missing error patch 1.46.18

The game is not opening receiving an error that game data required to run the game is missing.  I downloaded a game folder from the zlorgin to install and received an error that the game is damaged.  I used previous game folder (good thing I didn't delete it) and game is running but without new caribbean stuff.

Anyone else experiencing problems with this new patch?  Any help is appreciated.

Never mind.  I don't know what happened but the game is working properly now.
