game crashes [SOLVED]

hello
i find that this forum is the best for sims 3
first , i used to play this game a long time ago
now , i downloaded sims 3 and late night and showtime
when i play there is no problem but, after 30 or 45 min it crashes

Welcome to our forum! I am happy to hear you like it!
Are you trying an old saved game/folder or playing with something new using only the new files created when you installed the game? What would be your computer specs? Do you have any custom content / store content installed?

and i ma sorry for my bad english because i am just an algerian student
i have no store content installed
i have all new , no old saved game
i have 4 gb ram , ati radeon 4250 , amd v140 proc
i tried remove all electronics arts in documents section and nothing new ...

WOW! I have almost the same machine you have as my temporary laptop right now! I will try installing the game later and playing with it (I only have 2 GB of RAM, though).
Anyway, it's a low end machine and maybe you're having performance related issues.
Don't worry about your English, we can understand you fine, my mother tongue is Portuguese, and most of people are are from all over the world
I will try installing the game this weekend and I will let you know how it turns out. I guess you will probably have to save your game progress as often you can and deal with the crashes, but who knows? Which Windows version are you using? I am using Windows 10 x64 Tech Preview, and I am also using an SSD instead of a Hard Disk for better performance. I found out that Windows 8.1 runs Sims 3 much better than previous versions. Never tried Windows 10 with Sims, though.
I will let you know what happens on my end.

i don't think tha this problem is a performance issue because i played it before now in this computer with 2 gb ram ( the other 2 gb ram recently added ) and it was verry well

By the way, there were two pirate versions of Late Night and Showtime with errors in some file.
During installation, I used to get an error message telling me there was a defective file and I would just ignore, but my game would not run smoothly. It never happened, again, after I downloaded the new version from Games4theworld with all expansions together...

i downloaded it from the piratebay from SZ group
and expansions from here
at all i will re-download it after ending what i am downloading now ...
