Unable to create household or sims

It was normal yesterday, but until this morning, i opened TS4 and it said "The game failed to load. Error Code: 22", i can't load saved household or even create new one, on the notification it said" The save game you are attempting to load was saved with a newer version. PLease update in order to load this save game". I've already applied the ultimate fix...

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Are you sure that no anti-virus program is interfering with your Sims 4 game ? I wrote an extensive guide here, to show how to configure all the stuff correctly (note - if you have a different anti-virus program than the one I showed in the guide - avast - then you will have to do some research on your own).

Please do all the things I wrote there, on your own system. You may then even re-download the Ultimate fix and re-apply it. Good luck for now !
