Cannot create new household.

i followed the guide and installed the base game and all dlc in the right order. game loads up to main menu and i go to create a new house hold.it loads to the world screen and then it goes to a white screen. i have a picture if needed.

Delete the folders Game and Game_ from your install folder The Sims 4
Then download, extract with Winrar and copy the latest folder Game to your install folder.

Don't! Game folder Tarac linked is for version 1.46.18.1020. You've got version 1.45.62.1020. So get one from here: https://www.games4theworld.club/t33859-the-sims-4-patch-version-1-45-62-1020-out-now

In my experience you can use the latest game folder even when you only have f.e. an old version of the base game installed.
