Connection Timed Out! Empty Connection Timed Out!

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a problem with my computer or the torrent but I just want to put this here just incase. Everytime I try to download the sims 3 ultimate pack it says that the connection has timed out for every tracker. I just want to know if there's a website that can help me with this problem or if the issue is with the torrent itself.

Maybe your internet provider is blocking your access to torrents. Did you try downloading something different, preferably from a different source, of a different kind, using your torrent program?
