Can't connect to the gallery,and i tried the Sims 4 demo method but it didn't work PLEASE HELP??????

The Sims 4 demo? Did you not try the Create a Sim demo, that will probably work.

The CAS demo is what i was referring to, i tried it and it didn't work?????
