Gallery problems

Hi, whenever I open the gallery my username doesn't show up in the right corner, and Origin is running in the backroung, online. I even downloaded The Sims 4 CAS, because I saw that worked for many people, but it still doesn't work. Sad

I have 2 Origin accounts, I tried opening the gallery with both of them, nothing helped. I don't know where the problem is.

Hello and sorry for the belated reply,

I assume you are using Games4TheWorld's game ? Also, did you (re-) read this here ?

In the options menu, you should have "online access", enabled (under the "Other"-tab). The gallery works fine for me that way. Good luck ! If it doesn't work, try multiple times in a row: so exit the game first of all. Then ALSO log out of Origin and wait a few seconds. After that log into Origin again. Do not do anything else, just log in (do NOT go into "Offline"-mode though ! Keep Origin running in the "Online"-mode). Then start The Sims 4 again, and try using the gallery.
