Serial Codes Not Valid [SOLVED] Empty Serial Codes Not Valid [SOLVED]

Hi, i recently had to redownload the entire sims 3 collection.  All of the the serial codes work except Island Paradise and Fast Lane sp.  The error says, You have entered an invalid code. Please make sure that you entered the code correctly. Pretty sure im doing it right, thanks in advance for any assistance.

The video below has all serials in it, just pause the video where I type it and you will see one that works. It also shows you how to do it step by step.

Thank you for responding, I know how to install correctly and those codes are the exact same codes that i was copying and pasting. They just arent working for some reason.

I just PMed you two serials I got from a quick search on Piratebay (check your "Messages"-inbox !). Though it's very unlikely that the serials included in the download don't work, as it has been tested, but of course, we'll see.

Check if the serials I sent work for you - good luck again !

What he said. And, please, I might add, check if you are using the right serial on the proper expansion (Seasons serials will only work with Seasons expansion, World Adventures only work with World Adventures, and so on).

Thank you very much Carlos, those serial codes worked.  Also I did make sure that I was using the right codes provided for me because I tried 3 times using both codes and got the same error. Shocked

I have not tested the Complete Collection myself (yet), as I still have the "single" downloads of TS3. But that does indeed sound weird. I will forward this to the Admins. Smile

In the meantime, do you have any other questions or can I close the thread ?

The Complete Collection is the one I use myself, including the video I made, so it works perfectly well, wonderfully (so far)!
