Sims 3 Seasons - not valid Win32.[SOLVED] Empty Sims 3 Seasons - not valid Win32.[SOLVED]

Hi, I successfully instaled TS3 Seasons, but when I try install some Sims3Pack or just play the game, something pops up saying that .....Game/Bin/TS3W.exe is not valid application type of Win32. I have no idea what that means. I replaced the crack as usual.

Please temporary turn off your antivirus software completely and then RE-DO step 3 and 4: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
