Is It possible...[SOLVED]

to have 2 sims 4 installations on the same user account in windows?
like installed to 2 seperate folders?
i'm asking cause when i first downloaded sims 4, i had access to the gallery, but when i added outdoor retreat, it disabled online access.
so i was wondering if i could install just the sims 4 also to have gallery access.

Hi there, @Misfit203! 
I don't think it's possible to have two copies of the game in the same drive. Or if it is, I wouldn't recommend it (there may be some problem with the registry keys).
But what exactly is the problem you are experiencing? If you installed Outdoor Retreat using our Ultimate Fix, then online access shouldn't be 'disabled'. You should be able to go online normally (with the precaution of avoiding entering a save while Online, so your DLC is not disabled then). You can find more information regarding that here:

im actually not using the G4TW release, i originally had one from R.G. Mechanics, then when outdoor retreat came out i switched to the G4TW version, when i did i no longer had access to the gallery, so i got rid of it thinking that if i went back to R.G. Mechanics and got their outdoor retreat my gallery would work, which i later found out it wasnt just a G4TW issue, it was an outdoor retreat issue. but i am still using the release from them.

Have you tried the "workaround" with the Sims 4 CAS demo ? I think you should (still ?) be able to access the gallery from that demo, and then transfer the files from...
My Documents Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 CAS demo/Tray
into your main TS4 folder:
My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Tray
So you might want to give that a shot.

Actually i just read up on that link posted above, my R.G Mechanics version is also based on reloaded. so i was having the RLD issue, i thought origin used to open automatically when i ran sims 4 before OR was released, i forgot to try starting origin manually. Durp! lol will give that a shot. thanks

no, i manually logged into Origin. I swear when i first started playing sims 4, it logged me in automatically, but then again, im 44 and getting very forgetful these days. which is obviously shown by forgetting to log into origin lmao. i been downloading games since the days of MSDOS and BBS's, before we had the world wide web. lmao. i look at game .nfo files and see the ansi art and laugh, most people probably dont even realize that there was a time when that art was really necessary.
Ok while i'm getting nostalgic, my first game system was an atari 2600. im the reason they have those theft prevention scanners by store exits. i used to shoplift atari 2600 games "atleast" daily as a kid.
