Screen does weird stuff. [SOLVED]

This keeps happening.... I followed the entire Ultimate Fix step for step, it doesn't work.
I've played with all the graphic settings, doesn't work.....
I tried looking through other topices, but I couldn't find anything like this.....
So sorry if this is a double post or something....
Help?

Hello and welcome to the forum,
Did you follow the included instructions in the Ultimate fix ? Those that talk about configuring your anti-virus program and adding "exclusions" ?
Also, what is your graphics card ? Do you even get similar issues in other games too (could indicate hardware damage) ?

Yes I did! I added all the exclusions added in the list. And this is the first time my laptop does this. Other games seem to work normally....
And the graphic card I have is a ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4530 Series.

I found this here, maybe it's the latest available driver... ?

So you may want to try that.
Please note that the date of the driver I linked to is still a bit older, so it seems to be a graphics card that is not supported anymore. I also looked at this here:http://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/774696/updated-supported-graphics-card-list-the-sims-4-edition
Your card is on the list, but in red color, which means it is very weak, and you may only be able to play on low settings.
