Sims 4 not responding.. Empty Sims 4 not responding..

I installed the get to work expansion recent update, and when i start the application it does not responds and is there at that black screen for quite long, i have disable anti virus, disable origin but it is not working, i did try removing the mods folder but it did not work the game cannot even start because the application is not even responding any suggestions will be appreciated thank you.
