Cannot Start? GTW game pack

So i bought the base game and i followed all of the instructions but whenever i try to open the game it tells me it cannot start because files are missing or damaged? I dont know if i should apply the ultimate fix because it says if i downloaded GTW i wouldnt need it?

Have you tried adding everything to your anti-virus exception list because your anti virus might have blocked it.

Hi,
No, you do not need the Ultimate Fix, since Get to Work already updates your game to the latest available version (at the moment).
Make sure that Origin is in offline mode and completely (!) closed, before starting the game!

Sorry for the late reply, but I would need to look into TeamViewer myself, then.
Just to "forewarn" you: TeamViewer is a program with which we can temporarily control other people's computers. We use it to installand fix stuff for them. You can end this anytime, by moving he mouse yourself, and simply closing the Teamviewer program window.For more details, please check the chatbox at the top of the forum's main page (just click on "Log In" there), when you see me online.
