Get to Work is crushing

Hello!
After installing GTW, while playing, the game stopped working and windows(7) closed it. I don't have any mods or CC.

How far into the games does it crash, at the loading screen? When you do a specific activity?
Does it say anything, not responding? File missing?

it says " the program is not working correctly. windows will close it", no files missing.
it crashes after i try to save the game, after the loading screen or while i'm playing.

Hello and sorry for the late reply,
You can find this option in Control Panel/System/Advanced/Performance/Settings. Choose the setting that I marked with an arrow in the screenshot. The click on "Apply and then on "OK".
Now re-boot the computer ! After the re-boot, play on and see if anything improved. Good luck !

I already had that setting. I also tried to make another The Sims 4 saving folder and i still have the same problem.

me too (about that setting fix)! and it keeps closing! almost always when I choose to go to work with my sim, but sometimes it happens on some other moments..
I tried to reinstall, to create another folder..
but nothing seems to work

I am having this issue too, when i select "Join" when my sim is going for work.
I copy these details when being crush out, hope this helps.

I've managed to solve this problem with Sims4Studio.
With me it was an issue with some custom cas content.
You can try, it's not difficult, for me is working fine now!

Ok, i got mine solved as well. Basically mine is just as simple as changing my graphic options to Medium-Custom, tick laptop mode.
So far am enjoying so much my scientist have been abducted 4 times, having twins each time. 4x2=8 alien kids...
