sims 3 expansions.. [SOLVED]

hi..
my question i guess has on obvios and easy answer but since i had lots of problems installing first time ill just ask..
what i have done till now is..
i have installed ( basegame ,wa,ambitions, fast lane,generations ,latenight,townstuff..) with fix and it works nearly perfect ( some truble with taking photografs with camera).
today last2 expansions(high end loft ,and outdoor ) finished downloading and i would like to install them aswell .. what do i have to do exactly ?

Hello,
Just install them, but DO NOT USE any cracks. Just install the games, that's it, nothing else.
Now start the game and it should all work fine.

thanks.. i just tested and it looks like it works fine..
i had another question about custome contents.. ive read in some furms that u need a special installer or u need to creat a folder or something ..i dont get it at all .. i understand if u dont have an answer for me cause its not realy about ur downloads just about my ingnorance..

No not at all, I'll try to help if I can.
Let's see. Are the files you have in .package or .sims3pack format?

im not shure about what they are but i guess sims3packs are the ones that install them self trough launcher .. so probably my problems are with the package ones..

Hello,
To install .package files, do the following: Go to my documents\Electronis Arts\The Sims 3. Create a new folder and call it Mods, and open that folder. Inside this folder, create another new folder and call it Packages. Now you're almost good to go, you only need the resource.cfg file, you can find it using a google search, place this small file inside your new Mods folder. The packages you download go into the Packages folder you created.
And that's all there is to it! Package files that you copy to my documents\Electronis Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages will show up in game as long as you have the resource file!

there is the first problem.. in my documents /electronic arts are 2 sims 3 folders..

just noticed that one is Los sims 3 and the other is The sims 3 ..
first time i tried to install i installed in english ( but did something wrong with the fix i guess ,it didnt work..) i deinstalled everything and installed with lady eldis help again (this time in spanish) ..

So... it should go into the Spanish folder. (If your game is in Spanish at the moment)
To prevent confusion, I recommend deleting the English folder.
